8 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate delivery details at checkout, including:

9 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
An order may be returned to origin (RTO) due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Delivery area not serviceable by courier
RTO Handling
If an order returns to us as RTO:
✓ We will notify you once we receive the parcel back
✓ You may request:
- Reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply), OR
- Refund after deducting forward + return courier charges
Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after the product is received back and verified by us.
10 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

📹 To raise a claim, please share:
- Unboxing video (continuous video, no cuts/edits) from sealed parcel opening to product display
- Clear photos of:
- Outer packaging (shipping label visible)
- Inner packaging
- Product issue/damage clearly visible
⚠️ Claims without adequate proof may be rejected.
11 Product Variation Disclaimer
