8 Customer Responsibility

9 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be returned to origin (RTO) due to:

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Delivery area not serviceable by courier

RTO Handling

If an order returns to us as RTO:

✓ You may request:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply), OR
  • Refund after deducting forward + return courier charges

Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after the product is received back and verified by us.

10 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Required

📹 To raise a claim, please share:

  • Unboxing video (continuous video, no cuts/edits) from sealed parcel opening to product display
  • Clear photos of:
    • Outer packaging (shipping label visible)
    • Inner packaging
    • Product issue/damage clearly visible

⚠️ Claims without adequate proof may be rejected.

11 Product Variation Disclaimer

Please Note:

  • Handmade/custom products may have minor variations in print placement, finishing, and fabric texture
  • Slight measurement differences may occur due to stitching and fabric behaviour

Such variations are normal and not treated as defects.
