What is your exchange and return policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Please note that we do not accept returns for refunds. However, if you receive a defective product, we will provide store credits after verification. Exchange shipping is free for defective items.

How do I determine my correct size?

We provide detailed size charts on each product page. Our garments follow standard sizing, but we recommend checking measurements for the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Our customer service team is available to help you choose the right size based on your measurements.

What happens if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the defect. After verification, we will issue store credits for the full amount, which you can use for any future purchase. We'll arrange a free pickup for the defective item. Your satisfaction is important to us.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For metro cities, delivery may be faster. We currently ship across India.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across India. However, prepaid orders receive priority processing and may include exclusive offers. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

How do I initiate an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through the process and arrange a pickup. Once we receive the item, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

What fabrics do you use in your collections?

We use premium fabrics including cotton, linen, silk, georgette, chiffon, and blended materials. Each product page lists specific fabric details and composition. We prioritize comfort, breathability, and durability in all our collections. Care instructions are provided with every purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven't been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can use our 7-day exchange policy. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation.

How should I care for my garments?

Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. Generally, we recommend washing delicate fabrics in cold water, using mild detergent, and air drying. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive wringing. For embellished or embroidered pieces, dry cleaning is recommended to maintain quality and longevity.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular items are often restocked based on demand. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to receive an alert when the item is available again. We also regularly launch new collections, so follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest arrivals.

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?

We make every effort to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Product descriptions include detailed color information. If you have concerns about color, our customer service team can provide additional photos or assistance before purchase.

Do you offer customization or alterations?

Currently, we offer ready-to-wear collections in standard sizes. Customization and alterations are not available at this time. However, we're constantly expanding our services and may offer this in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates on custom services.

How do store credits work?

Store credits are issued for defective products after verification. Credits are added to your account and can be used for any future purchase on our website. They have no expiry date and can be combined with other offers. You'll receive a notification once credits are added to your account.

Do you have a size inclusive range?

We offer sizes from XS to XXL across most of our collections. We're committed to inclusive sizing and continuously work to expand our size range. Each product page clearly indicates available sizes. If you need assistance finding your size, our team is here to help.

Can I track my order after it's shipped?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships. You can monitor your package in real-time through our website or the courier's tracking portal. If you face any issues with tracking, our customer service team is available to provide updates on your order status.

What if an item doesn't fit me?

If an item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn with tags attached. Simply contact our customer service to initiate the exchange. We'll arrange a pickup and send you the correct size once we receive the original item.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are only possible within a few hours of placement, before the item is dispatched. Contact us immediately if you need to change size, color, or address. Once an order is shipped, modifications aren't possible, but you can use our exchange policy after delivery if needed.
